This is a processing case of the plastic business of Iwata Corporation. 【About the Processing Case】 *Products for the specialized machine industry such as conveyors and food packaging machines* ■ Product: Plates for conveyor rails (large lot, approximately 3000 pieces) ■ Size: Height 16.8 × Width 24 × Length 24 ■ Material: Polyvinyl chloride ■ Processing details: Surface machining on all sides, shape processing, edge chamfering, burr-free processing, mass production ★ Key Points during Production There are tolerance indications on the protrusions, and uniform pre-processing is essential to ensure stable tolerances for all pieces. Additionally, this is cutting processing, not injection molding. Even quantities that are not cost-effective for injection molding can be handled with cutting processing. However, this can lead to tight delivery times, but we responded with the shortest possible delivery time to meet customer requests. While finishing work can be challenging with large quantities, we utilized burr-free processing to deliver high-quality products.
